The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher GOLGA6D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA6D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, THYM, and LUAD are the cancer types where GOLGA6D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
