Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA6B RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOLGA6B data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher GOLGA6B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and CHOL show a favorable association.

UVM, UCS, and THCA are the cancer types where GOLGA6B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
