The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GOLGA6B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and CHOL are the cancer types where GOLGA6B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
