The most reproducible GOLGA2P3Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, Vesicle transport along microtubule, and Positive regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with GOLGA2P3Y in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2P3Y-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2P3Y results are reported.
