The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher GOLGA2P3Y RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA2P3Y expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where GOLGA2P3Y RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
