Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA2P11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GOLGA2P11 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GOLGA2P11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA2P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC are the cancer types where GOLGA2P11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
