Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA2P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,030 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA2P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIA, ZMYND8, and ZNF609. Each is linked with GOLGA2P10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2P10-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2P10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA2P10 versus NFIA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA2P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA2P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
