GOLGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAMM41, MTND4LP22, and EEF1A1P36. Each is linked with GOLGA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA1-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAMM41 grouped by GOLGA1-low versus GOLGA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
