Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,588 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEK, PLOD1, and PTMA. Each is linked with GNS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNS-to-partner and partner-to-GNS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNS versus PLEK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
