Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1AP7, MIR548H2, and RNA5SP294. Each is linked with GNS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNS-to-partner and partner-to-GNS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1AP7 grouped by GNS-low versus GNS-high in BLCA.
