GNRHR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNRHR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,138 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNRHR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC13D, VEZF1, and ARID3A. Each is linked with GNRHR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNRHR2-to-partner and partner-to-GNRHR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNRHR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNRHR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
