Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNRHR2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GNRHR2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher GNRHR2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNRHR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, ACC, and HNSC are the cancer types where GNRHR2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
