GNRHR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNRHR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,387 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNRHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC4, UBN2, and DPY19L3. Each is linked with GNRHR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNRHR-to-partner and partner-to-GNRHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNRHR versus KHDC4 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNRHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNRHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
