GNRH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNRH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNRH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-918P, RN7SL392P, and FGF7P1. Each is linked with GNRH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNRH2-to-partner and partner-to-GNRH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-918P grouped by GNRH2-low versus GNRH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNRH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNRH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
