GNPTAB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPTAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,352 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPTAB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCYL2, SERPINB8, and RAP1GAP2_S558. Each is linked with GNPTAB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPTAB-to-partner and partner-to-GNPTAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNPTAB versus SCYL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPTAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPTAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
