GNPTAB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPTAB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,413 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPTAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are AHSA1, LGMN, and LIPA. Each is linked with GNPTAB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPTAB-to-partner and partner-to-GNPTAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNPTAB versus AHSA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPTAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPTAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
