GNPTAB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPTAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,090 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPTAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXXC1, ELAC2, and AKR1B1P3. Each is linked with GNPTAB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPTAB-to-partner and partner-to-GNPTAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXXC1 grouped by GNPTAB-low versus GNPTAB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPTAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPTAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
