GNPTAB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNPTAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 345 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPTAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, PTCRA, and SNTG2. Each is linked with GNPTAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPTAB-to-partner and partner-to-GNPTAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by GNPTAB-low versus GNPTAB-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPTAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPTAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
