GNPNAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPNAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPNAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23D3P, TCERG1P2, and PMM2P1. Each is linked with GNPNAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPNAT1-to-partner and partner-to-GNPNAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23D3P grouped by GNPNAT1-low versus GNPNAT1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPNAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPNAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
