GNPDA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPDA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAH9, TTN, and CFAP61. Each is linked with GNPDA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPDA1-to-partner and partner-to-GNPDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAH9 grouped by GNPDA1-low versus GNPDA1-high in CESC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
