GNPDA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPDA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,524 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD37, GAB3, and MS4A7. Each is linked with GNPDA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPDA1-to-partner and partner-to-GNPDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNPDA1 versus CD37 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
