GNPDA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPDA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR1, PRSS53, and ACAD8. Each is linked with GNPDA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPDA1-to-partner and partner-to-GNPDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMTOR1 grouped by GNPDA1-low versus GNPDA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
