The most reproducible GNPDA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pigment granule organization, Melanosome organization, and Endosomal lumen acidification. Each is linked with GNPDA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPDA1-to-partner and partner-to-GNPDA1 results are reported.
