GNMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 332 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H4, RPL31P53, and FAM236D. Each is linked with GNMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNMT-to-partner and partner-to-GNMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H4 grouped by GNMT-low versus GNMT-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
