Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,376 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aromatic amino acid family catabolic process, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Maternal-to-zygotic transition of gene expression. Each is linked with GNMT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNMT-to-partner and partner-to-GNMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Aromatic amino acid family catabolic process grouped by GNMT-low versus GNMT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
