GNLY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNLY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNLY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, PSMB6, and SKAP2. Each is linked with GNLY in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNLY-to-partner and partner-to-GNLY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNLY versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNLY→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNLY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
