GNLY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNLY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNLY-associated genes across cancer lineages are THOP1, SH3GL1, and WWC2-AS1. Each is linked with GNLY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNLY-to-partner and partner-to-GNLY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THOP1 grouped by GNLY-low versus GNLY-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNLY→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNLY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
