Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNLY mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNLY-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Paxillin, and YB-1. Each is linked with GNLY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNLY-to-partner and partner-to-GNLY results are reported.
