The most reproducible GNLY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to xenobiotic stimulus, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomerase. Each is linked with GNLY in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNLY-to-partner and partner-to-GNLY results are reported.
