GNL3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,720 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF4, PRRC2B, and RLIM. Each is linked with GNL3L in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3L-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNL3L versus TAF4 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
