GNL3L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL3L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL3L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, ZMYM2, and THOC2. Each is linked with GNL3L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3L-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNL3L versus DHX9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
