Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL3L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNL3L-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1, ABCB7, and DDX39A. Each is linked with GNL3L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3L-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNL3L versus NPM1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL3L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL3L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
