GNL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCC1, C19orf48, and TRAIP. Each is linked with GNL3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNL3-to-partner and partner-to-GNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNL3 versus DSCC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
