GNGT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNGT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,692 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300A, LST1, and C19orf38. Each is linked with GNGT2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNGT2 versus CD300A in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
