GNGT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNGT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,328 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3_S72, ARHGAP45, and PLCB2. Each is linked with GNGT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNGT2 versus RASAL3_S72 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
