GNGT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNGT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,598 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, CD79A, and IRF4. Each is linked with GNGT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNGT2 versus IL2RB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
