Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNGT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,445 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular hyperosmotic response, Detection of external stimulus, and Cellular response to reactive nitrogen species. Each is linked with GNGT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT2 results are reported.
