GNGT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB8B, MYG1, and DHX9. Each is linked with GNGT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT1-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNGT1 versus RAB8B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
