Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,555 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALCR, FAM183A, and SLC5A12. Each is linked with GNGT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT1-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT1 results are reported.
