The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher GNG8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNG8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and ESCA are the cancer types where GNG8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
