Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,783 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, NEFH, and RASD2. Each is linked with GNG8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG8-to-partner and partner-to-GNG8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNG8 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
