GNG7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, LINC02559, and MIR4482. Each is linked with GNG7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG7-to-partner and partner-to-GNG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by GNG7-low versus GNG7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
