Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG5P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,241 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNG5P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex organization, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with GNG5P3 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG5P3-to-partner and partner-to-GNG5P3 results are reported.
