Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNG5P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GNG5P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher GNG5P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNG5P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and COAD show a favorable association.

READ, DLBC, and LUSC are the cancer types where GNG5P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
