Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,296 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG12, SIGLEC9, and FCER1G. Each is linked with GNG5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG5-to-partner and partner-to-GNG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNG5 versus GNG12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
