Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,168 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of lymphotoxin A production, Positive regulation of lymphotoxin A production, and Establishment of meiotic spindle orientation. Each is linked with GNG5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG5-to-partner and partner-to-GNG5 results are reported.
