GNG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDH11Y, BTF3P1, and LINC02299. Each is linked with GNG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG3-to-partner and partner-to-GNG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDH11Y grouped by GNG3-low versus GNG3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
