Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,221 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GNG3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GNG3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG3-to-partner and partner-to-GNG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by GNG3-low versus GNG3-high in PANCREAS.
