GNG13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBX1P1, MRPL51P2, and RPS29P27. Each is linked with GNG13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG13-to-partner and partner-to-GNG13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBX1P1 grouped by GNG13-low versus GNG13-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNG13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNG13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
