Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GNG11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GNG11 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher GNG11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GNG11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP are the cancer types where GNG11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
